Simon White – Simon worked in the corporate world for 14 years as an Electrical Engineer. He then was s a Marketing Manager for 5 years in the High Tech world. Simon now combines his problem solving abilities with his marketing back ground to create solutions for real estate problems. He has been involved in the real estate world since 2005 when he bought his first rental. Simon operates out of San Diego, but owns rental property in several states. Simon now buy’s and sell’s properties primarily in Southern California. Simon operates a network of websites and blogs to buy,sell, and lease real estate.
Amanda White - Amanda is a licensed real estate agent. She has been managing her own properties in several states for 5 years. She previously owned a franchised business, managing and employing a staff of 18 people. Her background also includes 8 years in the Social Services industry. Amanda is involved in transactions where a licensed real estate agent is required. She is a member of National Association of REALTORS.
Julie Fontaine is the author of ”Homeowners Guide to Avoiding Foreclosure Strategies and Solutions”. Julie has helped numerous homeowners sell their home via a short sale for the last 3 years. She was a Environmental Scientist for many years before switching to real estate full time. Her background includes a stint in the Peace Corp. Julie has done extensive research in the area of foreclosure prevention and stays up to date with the latest rules and regulation pertaining to foreclosures, short sales, and other foreclosure defenses.
